We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our regional logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data visibility programs that provide the team with awareness of performance and insights, driving strategic decisions both up and downstream.

You will work closely with the DC team to conceptualize and document measurement frameworks based on DC processes, creating requirements for partner design documents and dashboard construction. You will also lead the DC team in completion of detailed requirement documents, design playbacks, gap reviews, and sign off on the final design of the data acquisition and dashboard blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relevant projects under the data visibility program with 3PLs based on Apple's project management methodology.
  • Lead or work with DC team members on user acceptance tests and business change processes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications with senior management on the progress of the program and the relevant projects.
  • Drive adoption with both internal and external stakeholders, embedding review mechanisms for continuous improvement of the tools.
