Job Description- Overseeing day-to-day channel operations in the contact centre
- Monitoring and evaluating customer service representatives' performance
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Conducting quality assurance audits
- Collaborating with team leaders to drive process improvements and identify root causes of process inefficiencies
- Resolving escalated customer complaints
- Implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
A successful Quality Assurance Contact Centre should have:
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or customer service or contact centre role
- Proven track record in quality assurance and team leadership
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Chance to make a real impact in the Transport & Distribution industry
- 4-5 months contract with potential for extension
