Guest Experience Leader

 

The Guest Experience Team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable memories for our guests. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the entire guest journey, ensuring seamless interactions and personalized service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with guests, addressing their inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create memorable experiences for special occasions.
  • Manage VIP and Special Attention guest relationships, tailoring services to meet their unique preferences.
  • Design innovative recognition programs to reward our valued guests.
  • Lead and motivate the Guest Experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Effectively resolve challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and implement improvements based on guest feedback.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, particularly in front office roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
