
Guest Experience Leader

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assigning sufficient manpower to meet daily operational needs
- Planning group movements, arrivals, and departures to ensure smooth operations
- Liaising with Convention Organizers to handle group luggage and deliveries efficiently
- Reviewing rosters to meet productivity goals
- Leading the Guest Services team to deliver personalized guest experiences
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to our team's success.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will need:
- Tertiary education in any discipline and hotel-related experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Opera system and other related sub-systems interfaced to the PABX and/or the hotel's computer system
