Dream Park Experience Specialist Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and proactive Guest Experience Specialist to lead the development of innovative events and exceptional guest engagement in our park.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Prioritize safety while engaging guests in various activities, programs, and learning journeys
  • Interact proactively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across multiple channels
  • Propose, review, and implement enhancements to park offerings and guest experiences
  • Support team leaders in staff training and team development
  • Oversee and manage operations of specific attractions or rides
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness of guest and crew areas
  • Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in mascot performance is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Additional language skills are beneficial
  • Experience in retail, attractions, child-focused environments, or performing arts is advantageous
