We are seeking a creative and energetic team member to enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high standards of operational excellence">
  • Prioritize safety while engaging guests in a variety of activities, programs, and learning journeys">
  • Interact proactively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across various channels (in-person, mobile, or digital)">
  • Propose, review, and implement enhancements to the parks offerings and guest experiences">
  • Support team leaders in staff training and team development">
  • Oversee and manage the operations of specific attractions or rides">
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness of guest and crew areas, conducting safety inspections per SOPs, and maintaining the overall ambience of the park">
  • Take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned">

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays">
  • Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor">
  • Strong communication skills">
  • Experience in mascot performance is a plus">
  • Ability to multitask, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills">
  • Proficient in spoken and written English">
  • Additional language skills are a bonus">
  • Experience in retail, attractions, child-focused environments, or performing arts is advantageous">
