**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design phases of assigned projects, including space planning, details, and ensuring designs meet contractual and client requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all design phases of assigned projects, including space planning and details.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director and project teams to ensure designs align with contractual and client agreements.
  • Work closely with other consultants and clients to coordinate project tasks and activities.
  • Produce full sets of tender and construction drawings/specifications in collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensure project assignments are completed within given deadlines.
  • Review shop drawings/samples, strike-offs, and materials for compliance with specifications and design intent.
  • Participate in project meetings and client presentations as needed.
  • Travel internationally for project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design.
  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality projects, with a hospitality background required.
  • Strong skills in Interior Design conceptualizations and documentation.
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation skills, creativity, and a positive working attitude.
  • Experience dealing with international hotel operators and consultants.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Mandarin oral and written skills an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing China luxury hospitality or F&B projects an advantage.
