**What You’ll Do**:

- **Design with Purpose**:Create thoughtful, functional, and inspiring interior design proposals tailored to residential or commercial clients.
- **Sales & Client Engagement**:Meet potential clients, understand their vision, and convert leads into successful projects with flair and professionalism.
- **Project Management**:Oversee end-to-end project execution — from concept and quotation to renovation and handover — ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are met.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with our in-house carpentry, 3D, and construction teams to bring designs to life.
- **Trendspotting**:Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to constantly push creative boundaries.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**:No experience is required.
- **Design Know-how**:Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp will be an advantage. If not training of the softwares will be given.
- **Sales-Driven**:Confident in presenting and closing deals. You enjoy talking to people and turning conversations into contracts.
- **Project Savvy**:Organized, resourceful, and reliable in managing multiple timelines and subcontractors.
- **Team Player**:Positive attitude, self-motivated, and open to feedback. You love bouncing ideas off your team.
- **Languages**:Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and contractors).
