About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional interior design solutions, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality projects.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to lead and implement comprehensive interior design strategies for high-end hospitality projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design strategies for high-end hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet contractual and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients to deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality projects, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong skills in interior design conceptualizations, documentation, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD essential.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills required.
  • Mandarin language skills advantageous for liaison with Chinese-speaking associates.
