Luxury Interior Designer

We are seeking an exceptional interior designer to spearhead the creation of luxurious design experiences in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagement, define project parameters, and manage all phases from concept through completion.
- Direct the creation of design concepts, presentations, and finish boards; lead charrettes and oversee technical detailing.
- Mentor junior designers, coordinate team workflows, and ensure high-quality, cohesive design documentation.
- Oversee construction for design fidelity, manage FF&E specifications, and guide material selections.
- Uphold design standards, ensure quality control, and help develop in-house policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs and expectations.
