As a seasoned professional in project management, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading global projects and programmes for our vessel fleet. This involves overseeing various activities such as upgrade projects, docking/overhaul projects, and tools and method improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex project organisations and foster cooperation across multiple business units and functions.

A key aspect of this role is providing technical and commercial input to our Global Sales Team, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving business growth.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new routines and guidelines according to our Aftermarket Projects strategies, while also staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for project execution within our KM GCS management system processes
  • Managing scope, time, costs, communication, and risks in the project portfolio
  • Leading complex project organisations and ensuring cooperation across several business units and functions
  • Assisting the Global Sales Team with both technical and commercial input
  • Implementing new routines and guidelines according to our Aftermarket Projects strategies

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in engineering
  • Courses within project management (Prince 2) are an advantage
  • Any technical background or skills will be considered positive
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (Baan, Axapta 2012, Dynamics 365)
  • Experience from working directly with customers in the Maritime industry
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
