Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of integrity and safety in every stage of innovation.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating manufacturing quality and compliance issues using engineering principles to analyze results and make recommendations.

You will optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN methods for design for manufacturing and continuous process improvement. You will also develop and maintain technical content for risk management files and create training materials for production staff to enable seamless knowledge transfer.

Additionally, you will train, coach, and guide lower-level employees on routine procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a scientific field with 4+ years' industry/education experience; or Master's Degree in Engineering or a scientific field with 3+ years' industry/education experience.

  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, CAD experience
  • Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of statistical techniques
  • Substantial understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
