Technical Excellence Leader

As a Technical Excellence Leader, you will drive technical excellence across the region by leading a team of experts in solutions architecture.

The successful candidate will foster knowledge sharing, empower team members for success, and cultivate technical expertise to support delivery region-wide.

They will provide best-in-class services for cloud vendors and reseller partners throughout ASEAN by spearheading our CrowdStrike Technical Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a Consistent Knowledge Base:
    • Create a centralized repository of knowledge that is easily accessible to all team members.
    • Develop processes to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Empower In-Country Solution Architects:
    • Provide training and development opportunities to empower in-country solution architects for success.
    • Support the growth and development of in-country solution architects.
  • Cultivate Technical Solution Architect Experts:
    • Identify and develop technical solution architect experts who can support delivery region-wide.
    • Provide opportunities for technical solution architect experts to grow and develop their skills.
  • Lead the CrowdStrike Technical Organization:
    • Spearhead our CrowdStrike Technical Organization in providing best-in-class services.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical requirements are met.

  • Proven experience in solutions architecture and technical leadership.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
