Job Title: Department Sales Leader Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive performance in the responsible area.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities to maximize sales return.
  • Implement sales promotions and adhere to sales plans.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a comfortable shopping experience.
  • Ensure excellent store presentation and marketing standards across the store.
  • Monitor consignment goods sales performance and manage stock replenishment or returns.
  • Compare competitors' pricing to ensure our pricing policy maintains credibility.
  • Drive stock accuracy to meet business availability targets.
  • Minimize losses and maximize profitability by achieving agreed targets for staffing costs, theft, and loss.
  • Obtain information and plan for seasonal changes in sales, covering sales events and promotions.
  • Drive productivity and efficient ways of working in the department.
  • Lead and motivate department staff to deliver consistent high standards of performance and behavior.
  • Communicate effectively and engage team throughout the department.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years work experience in Retail industry with supervisory and management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and translate data into meaningful business information.
  • Positive and flexible attitude to cope with changing business needs.
