Business Growth and Client Services Director

The role of Business Growth and Client Services Director will involve developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the business.
- Identifying and engaging new clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring long-term client relationships.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management. They should have proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and proficiency in Mandarin. Other key requirements include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
