Service Development and Disability Support Professional

This role involves overseeing the implementation of a new Proof-Of-Concept (POC) project in collaboration with service providers, aiming to enhance services for adult persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team in managing the POC, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Develop strategic plans, monitor progress against KPIs, and engage with partners and stakeholders to drive programme outcomes.
- Co-create solutions with stakeholders to address programme challenges and improve overall efficiency.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in planning, service or programme development, preferably in a leadership position. Experience in programme evaluation and/or data analysis is highly desirable. Good degree in relevant disciplines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Additional Information:Candidates must possess self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, and multi-tasking abilities. Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement, are required.
