Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution from conception to completion. This includes developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track. Your analytical skills and effective communication with global stakeholders are essential in this role.

This position requires independent project management, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with global stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning, execution, and cost estimation while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field) and at least 5 years of experience in project management and costing within a relevant industry (manufacturing).

Required skills include proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Solidwork, AutoCAD), strong expertise in cost estimation software and Excel, and excellent English communication (verbal and written) for global collaboration.

Additionally, our team member should have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and willingness to travel if required.

The successful candidate will contribute to process optimization and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field)

Experience: At least 5 years in project management and costing within a relevant industry (manufacturing)
