**Mission**:

- To lead all the bid team stakeholders to contribute their best effort to submit the most competitive winning bid.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead an Electrification Project in Singapore, ensuring the Delivery in terms of Quality, Schedule and Costs
- Work closely with the Commercial PM and be responsible for the P&L of the project
- Lead the local onshore project team and coordinate with the offshore team in Europe if necessary (Design, R&D and manufacturing)
- Monitor all contractual matters working closely with the Contract Manager
- Establish a close relationship with the customer project team to ensure successful completion of different stages of the project
- Monitor the performance of the subcontractors and advice improvement measures working closely with the respective Construction and Coordination Managers
- Monitor the Overall Progress of the Project (Coordination, Installation, Testing & Commissioning)
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and processes
- Formulate efficient strategies to achieve the project targets

- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience in managing rail transit and infrastructure projects of similar scale
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering related field
- Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment
