Job Title: Senior Project Leader - Electrification

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive the success of our electrification projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Your analytical skills and effective communication with global stakeholders will play a crucial role in this position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and contractors, to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and cost estimation while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field) and at least 5 years of experience in project management and costing within a relevant industry (manufacturing).

Required skills include proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Solidwork, AutoCAD), strong expertise in cost estimation software and Excel, and excellent English communication (verbal and written) for global collaboration.

Key qualifications:
