Job Description

The Rehabilitation Support Specialist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support.

  • Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines as prescribed by therapists.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control procedures.
  • Prepare equipment and mobility aids according to protocols as instructed by therapists.
  • Provide timely updates to therapists on patient progress.
  • Assist with patient transportation for therapy sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong adaptability and time management skills.
  • A willingness to work with elderly patients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in rehab services is preferred.

Education Requirements

We accept candidates with:

  • WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Support.
  • NITEC in Community Care and Social Service.
  • Work-Study Diploma in Rehabilitation Care.
  • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from recognized institutions.
