Our team is seeking a skilled Capacity Engineer to join our dynamic operations department. In this role, you will be at the forefront of all we do, maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and an engineering mindset, with experience in power and cooling systems within data centers or similar industries. Excellent communication skills are also essential for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex solutions, triage issues, and escalate requests as necessary. You will have the chance to develop process designs for deployments and contribute to meetings with internal stakeholders such as Operations Engineers and Sales Engineers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accepting and processing requests for customer deployments within data centers
  • Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss deployment plans
  • Developing process designs for deployments and resolving issues where possible
  • Working on complex designs with senior engineers and escalating requests as necessary
  • Ensuring design fit within data centers and identifying potential issues
  • Escalating any concerns or constraints related to site infrastructure to the DA&E team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in power and cooling systems within data centers or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain complex information
