Senior Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Deployment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable deployment of applications and updates to various environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deployment Process Support: Assist in deploying applications and updates to various environments, ensuring that deployment procedures are followed and troubleshooting deployment issues as they arise.
    • Version Control Management: Manage and maintain version control repositories (e.g., Git), assist teams in branching, merging, and managing code versions.
    • Environment Analysis & Optimization: Analyze environment configurations and performance, provide insights and recommendations for environment improvements.
    • Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline deployment and environment management tasks, write scripts for environment setup, cleanup, and testing.
    • Database Support: Assist in database configuration, management, and automation, support data migration, backups, and restores related to environment setups.
    • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for environment-related issues, collaborate with teams to resolve deployment and environment conflicts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory:
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
    • Proficiency in databases (SQL, OracleL).
    • Familiarity with deployment processes and tools.
    • Strong foundation in version control systems.
    • Ability to support deployment activities and troubleshoot environment issues.
    • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
