Hiring for a Strategic HR Manager Role
Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of manpower planning and budgeting systems, guided by the COE lead. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with stakeholders across various departments and institutions to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the system to meet specific business requirements
- Manage relationships with internal users, external vendors, and consultants
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report regularly to senior management
- Ensure successful system integration with existing HR systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Analytics, IT, HR, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of HR budgeting and planning in the healthcare sector
- Strong project management skills and experience, PMP would be an advantage
- SAP SuccessFactors or Anaplan implementation experience would be an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience of HR system development and integration and strong HR budgeting and planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
