About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and sales for our restaurants and bars, as well as promoting our outlets as a premier events venue.


Key Responsibilities
  1. To aggressively source new business potential and follow up on a timely basis
  2. To actively promote the outlets as a potential bookings/events venue
  3. To prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders)
  4. To use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
  5. To assist the management team to develop, implement, and execute the revenue and marketing programs for all outlets

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and menus
