Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document management.

  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and sales performance data.

  6. Coordinate between various departments/offices and parties to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment and sales exhibition locally and overseas.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and customer service tools.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
