Freight Forwarding Customer Service Representative

A high-performing Customer Service Executive is required to coordinate and execute seamless freight forwarding services.
Job Description:- Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, and document preparation for international shipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
- Work closely with customs brokers to clear goods through customs, providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
- Monitor shipments from origin to final destination, proactively communicating any delays and managing client expectations.
- Experience in Shipping/Logistics within the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle inquiries and negotiations diplomatically.
- Basic understanding of international trade, shipping regulations, and documentation.
