Job Title: Freight Forwarding Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipping documents, and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage full sets of shipping documents, including PSA, Customs, TradeNet, and PortNet
- Handle day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area
- Arrange bookings for shipping documents, such as shipping orders, shipping notes, and B/Ls
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
- Responsible for timely invoicing, insurance of credit notes, internal expenses report, and month-end closing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
- Full set shipping documentation experience
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
