Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling full sets of shipping documents and ensuring timely dispatch.

  • Handle full sets of shipping documents (PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet)">
  • Handle day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area">
  • Arrange bookings for shipping documents e.g. shipping orders, shipping notes, B/L etc">
  • Ensure timely invoicing and insurance of credit notes, internal expenses report and month-end closing">

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers to resolve any issues or concerns">
  • Processing and managing shipments from receipt to delivery">
  • Preparing and sending out shipping documents in a timely manner">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and shipments">
  • Identifying and resolving any operational or logistical challenges that may arise">

The role is based in Bukit Merah Central, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (with occasional flexibility required). A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate.
