Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised, and maintained. Foster an environment of collaboration and problem-solving. Monitor and report project progress, including sprint velocity and release planning. Engage with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are understood and managed. Address conflicts and disagreement within the team, promoting a positive and constructive team dynamic. Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of Agile process enhancements. Coach and lead the Scrum or equivalent team in planning the iterations and overall schedule with the Product Owner.
