Allegis is a leading provider of financial services consulting, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Singapore to consult with a global banking client.

The experienced Scrum Master will play a critical role in our projects. The successful candidates will leverage their expertise in project and team management. Primary focus of this role is to effectively coordinating and leading teams, managing timelines, to facilitate smooth project operation within a Scaled Agile environment.

Duties Include:

  • Facilitating scrum activities – Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demo/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospective ensuring effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
  • Removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team.
  • Adhering to scrum best practices.
  • Participating in scrum of scrums.
  • Sending weekly reports and calculate squad metrics.
  • Leading planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the agreed timelines.
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams, business stakeholders and service partners.
  • Tracking progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Identifying and managing risks.
  • Being the single point of contact for stakeholder communication (including vendor management).

Experience required:

  • Strong Scrum Master and project experience preferably in the banking domain.
  • Strong experience with application governance.
  • Exposure to Application governance and Vulnerability fixing is required
  • Experience in handling technical projects/team is an added advantage as the squad is technical (engineering)
  • Experience working on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously.
  • Polished MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, verbal and written communication, team building and influencing skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred, with excellent communication skills in both languages to effectively interact with global teams and stakeholders.
