Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for proactive and passionate Scrum Master with the strong leadership, planning and business analysis skills.

The candidate will need to be able to manage the project in operation mode (i.e., Production) and act as Operations Manager while leading the Development Team for new developments.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the project team in the Sprint Ceremonies, such as, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Tracking of Team's Velocity and End Sprint Report.

· Lead the requirement study with customer to have the user stories listed in the product backlog.

· Groom the user stories to ensure the completeness for the Development Team to carry-out the development.

· Maintain, track and monitor the progress of user stories development, internal testing, external testing and implementation.

· Plan, assign, monitor the task assignments to the development team.

· Liaise with sub-contractor on the production incidents, requirements study and impact analysis.

· Liaise with customer on the production incidents, monitor, tracking and ensure resolution within SLA.

· Prepare monthly operation report and carry-out monthly operation meeting with customer.

· Monitor and track sub-contractor's work and ensure the deliveries are able to meet the agreed timeline.

· Prepare the requirement documentation, e.g., Functional Specifications, and carry-out the discussion and review with customer.

· Prepare the test cases, execution of the internal testing, support the external testing with customer.

· Maintain good relationship with the customer to secure more revenue via Service Requests.

· Assist Project Manager in project planning and scheduling.

Requirements:

· At least 3 or more years' experience in Agile Project, with related experience running the Scrum team.

· Organization and time management skills to keep development tasks on track.

· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur.

· Certification in PMP or CITPM is advantageous.

· Excellent Leadership and Business Analysis Skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
