We are hiring aspiring / proven Scrum Master to join us. We provide extensive training, bootcamps/on-the-job to prepare qualified candidates for an exciting career in Data Analytics in Government and Public Sector.

The Technical Scrum Master will play a dual role in leading Agile development processes while contributing to the technical implementation of the project. The role requires expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) to drive efficient and scalable data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
  • Act as a servant leader, removing blockers and ensuring development teams have the necessary resources to meet sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define user stories, prioritize the backlog, and align development efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure sprint deliverables are met on time while maintaining high code quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile coaching, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of data pipelines using Python and PySpark within Databricks.
  • Develop scalable ETL processes, transforming and processing large datasets efficiently in AWS-based GCC environments.
  • Optimize data ingestion workflows and implement performance improvements in PySpark and SQL.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure the best practices in cloud-based data engineering solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe) with expertise in Agile methodologies
  • Strong experience in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and team facilitation
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
  • Mentorship mindset with experience in coaching teams and driving continuous improvement
