Develop a Comprehensive Sales Training and Education Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Education Manager to join our Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training and education programs for the APJ region. Your primary goal will be to strengthen the capabilities of our sales and clinical teams in the areas of selling skills, clinical knowledge, product knowledge, and tools/resources available to support customer discussions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training and education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales and clinical teams.
  • Identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address, measure, and improve comprehension, application, and competence.
  • Oversee efficient and effective training sessions across APJ locations.
  • Monitor and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Manage the APJ training budget efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, training partners, and customers in the regions.
  • Take part in knowledge exchange with our R&D team to improve and further develop our systems and software solutions.
  • Provide content to Siemens Healthineers Multimodality and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure knowledge of the latest ultrasound solutions.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • You hold a successfully completed degree in Biomedical Engineering/Radiography/Sciences or similar.
  • You have several years of relevant clinical ultrasound experience as an ultrasound technician, application specialist, product manager, or in a similar role with a proven track record in performing and interpreting ultrasound procedures.
  • You have a proven track record in managing training programs, developing educational materials, and maintaining training records.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively teaching and training other sonographers, as well as interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • You are willing to learn new software and hardware solutions and to stay up to date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology.
  • You are willing and flexible to travel up to 50%, including short-term international deployment.
