This critical position within our organization's Legal function directly reports to the Head of the Global Data Protection Office. Our team relies on the Chief Data Protection Specialist to oversee and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Data Protection Office to develop and implement data protection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.">
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on data protection matters related to personal data processing initiatives, offering strategic advice and support.">
  • Conduct thorough data protection assessments, including DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and TRAs, to guarantee adherence to regulations.">
  • Develop and review data protection documentation, such as privacy notices, template agreements, consent forms, and data protection clauses for agreements.">
  • Offer insightful guidance and support during negotiations of data processing and sharing agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.">
