Job Overview:

As part of the Venue Management Office team, you will support venue operations, event management, and policy development. You will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and the community to deliver event operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned events and operational duties.
  • Work on event days as required and ensure proper supervision of all events and activities scheduled in any of the Sports Hub venues.
  • Assist the Venue Operations teams in report preparation, statistical data, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the work unit calendar, schedule meetings, and provide administrative assistance.
  • Prepare agenda, minutes, and other material for meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of key performance indicators.
  • Administer processes with Venue Leads, Event Managers, and Executives.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate daily venue operations and public sessions.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.
