At our organisation, we are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless HR services across the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Drive continuous improvement, process harmonisation and standardisation across HR operations, identifying opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
  • Oversee the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems, providing training and guidance to end-users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement an analytics framework to advance from standard reporting to predictive analytics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the HCM leadership team and key stakeholders.
