Leadership Opportunity

We seek a strategic and results-driven Executive Director of Food Operations to oversee our food distribution process. This role is ideal for someone who excels in stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership (30%): Oversee daily food operations, ensure efficient logistics, and volunteer coordination.
  • Sustainability Initiatives (30%): Develop strategies to secure long-term funding and relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and businesses.
  • Community Outreach & Brand Development (20%): Execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase awareness and engagement, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media outlets and partners.
  • Public Representation & Advocacy (20%): Serve as the primary spokesperson for media interviews and advocate for food security by engaging with government officials and community leaders.

This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, fundraising, and community outreach. A degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in project management tools and software is also essential.
