BIM Modelling Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM modelling specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built drawings and submitting them on time.

The ideal candidate will ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements. They will work closely with project teams to implement drawing amendments and updates, documenting BIM processes for record-keeping and submission purposes.

As a BIM modelling specialist, you will support project managers in completing projects and ad-hoc assignments when required. Your key responsibilities will include creating accurate MEP models using Revit software.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
