Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modelling Specialist to join our team. As a BIM Modelling Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and organized 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Your primary focus will be on working with Revit software to create detailed models, generate schedules, and produce shop drawings. You will also be required to create Revit families and perform clash detection and visual checks to ensure that the models are accurate and complete.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with project stakeholders and other team members.

  • Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models
  • Create Revit families for project
  • Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
  • Record and control in and out drawing registry
  • Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where discrepancies occur

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a BIM Modelling Specialist, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
  • Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP
  • Must possess relevant BIM training certificates
  • At least 3 years' experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
