- Develop 3D BIM models and prepare deliverables based on requirements for submission to BIM Manager and consultants.
- Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
- Ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standards.
- Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
- Coordinate with Sub Contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

- Develop virtual mock-up based on requirements.
- Ensure BIM models are usable for quantity take-offs.
- Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on modelling and drawing matters.
- Perform Quality Control checks before the release and exchange of BIM models and drawings.
- Support tasks assigned by the project team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Specialist Diploma in BIM.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, drawing preparation and coordination.
- Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM with relevant software knowledge in Revit (AR, CS, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, etc.
- Knowledge in BIM360 / ACC Build.
