BIM Modelling Specialist

As a BIM Modelling Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital projects by creating and maintaining up-to-date Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle.

  • You will be responsible for developing and updating BIM models in accordance with project requirements, modelling standards, and exchange protocols.
  • Your tasks will include creating standard BIM deliverables, performing quality checks on architectural and structural models to ensure they are fit for coordination, and coordinating between project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including 3D modelling, building information modelling applications, common data environment management, construction technology, and technical drawing. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in reading architectural and structural 2D technical drawings.

A degree in Engineering (Civil) is required, along with moderate software skills in Revit or ArchiCAD, NavisWorks or BimX, BIM 360, and BIMCloud. Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary. A minimum of 2 years working experience in BIM is preferred.
