3D Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D modeling specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who loves to learn, share knowledge, and bring fresh perspectives to ensure the development of people around them.

This position involves creating accurate and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit Structure for contract documents and coordination.

The successful candidate will have experience in BIM modeling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structural BIM Models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
  • Produce detailed drawings that comply with industry standards.
  • Generate BIM models, shop drawings, and updates throughout the project life cycle.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical problems and details.
  • Prepare submission drawings with presentation format to authorities.

Requirements:

  • Specialist diploma in BIM or relevant engineering diploma.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
  • Familiarity with codes of practice and regulations.
  • Proficient user of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Naviswork.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
