Senior Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

This is a challenging role in fund accounting, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in private equity funds and be able to manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fund accounting/administration services for private equity funds clients
- Prepare and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and reports
- Coordinate investor servicing activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other reportings
- Liaise with clients to ensure deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
- Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues
- Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables
- Liaise with other teams to assist in new funds on-boarding
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Accounting qualification preferred
- At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in private equity funds
- Strong accounting technical knowledge
- Good communication and client servicing skills
