Job Title: Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of private equity fund accounting services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in fund accounting and possess strong technical knowledge in accounting. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients
  • Prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations and reports
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reporting
  • Liaise with clients to ensure deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
  • Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
  • Liaise with other teams to assist in new funds on-boarding
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other disciplines
  • Accounting qualification preferred
  • At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds
