Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality fund accounting and administration services to private equity clients. This includes preparing and reviewing net asset value calculations and reports, coordinating investor servicing activities, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

  • Manage fund accounting and administration services for private equity funds clients.
  • Prepare and review net asset value calculations and reports.
  • Coordinate investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
  • Liaise with clients and ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality.
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues and support their professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in fund accounting for private equity funds.
  • Strong accounting technical knowledge and skills.
  • Good communication and client servicing skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
