**Job Title: Compliance and Legal Specialist


This role supports the company's legal compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing, drafting, and implementing legal documents and policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting of contracts and agreements.
  • Draft and implement Company Legal policies and practices for legal compliance and documentation maintenance.
  • Provide legal advice and opinions on operational and legal issues.
  • Handle counterparties onboarding and KYC Process.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of English and Singapore Law.
Preferred Skills:
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent Time Management and Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
