Job Title: Corporate Contract Advisor

About the Role:
The Corporate Contract Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting our business by drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts. This includes aircraft maintenance agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, and joint venture agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide timely legal advice on operational, commercial and corporate matters to management and business units.
  • Manage legal risks and advise on dispute resolution and claims handling.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, internal legal processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct training sessions on legal and regulatory issues relevant to the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and admission to practice law in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience preferably in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong background in commercial/contract law with experience in aviation, engineering or technology sectors an advantage.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
