Client Site Equipment Specialist

As a skilled and experienced Site Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and configuring equipment or systems at client sites. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations and efficient troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures.
- Install and configure equipment or systems at client sites to meet specific requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to maintain optimal performance.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package including basic pay, transport allowance, performance bonus, and 14 days annual leave.
