Field Service Technician cum Driver
This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician cum Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician cum Driver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients by ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and installed.
- Provide on-site servicing, maintenance, and installation works at client's site.
- Repair and fault rectification on equipment.
- Support in preparation of equipment (before delivery) & delivery.
- Assist in Service Centre activities.
- Ability to diagnose fault to component level.
- Support in-house and field service job.
- Assist in Delivery goods (Load & unload).
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Conduct thorough assessments of equipment to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the service centre team to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to reduce downtime.
- Minimum 1 year(s) experience in relevant field.
- Good communication, independent, committed, full of initiative, meticulous, good customer service.
- Entry-level are welcome but must have willing-to-learn attitude.
- Driving license (Class 2 and Class 3 & Class 4 manual).
- Able to work overtime (Saturday) when required.
