Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Site Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems at client sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Repair and replace faulty components or systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
  • Document service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.

This is a field-based role that requires travel to customer locations. You may work in various environments, including industrial or commercial settings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
